3.3 Account Closure

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• The bonus may only be used once.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended.
• fba77 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers.

6.1 General Rules for Placing Bets

All bets placed on the fba77 platform are considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled after they are placed, however exceptions may be considered if a technical error is proven.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned, the funds for the related bet will be refunded. The specific rules of each sport will apply in each case.

6.3 Suspicious Betting Activity

If match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other dishonest method of gaining profit is proven, the related bet will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

fba77's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on regular play. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are entirely at the platform's discretion. fba77 reserves the right to change the cashback amount and terms.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the fba77 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraudulently claiming bonus or promotion benefits.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any system or network of the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or spreading misleading information about other members.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account may be closed and all funds forfeited, and legal action may also be taken.
